Notary Public

Notary Public is a public officer constituted by law to serve the public in non-contentious matters usually concerned with foreign or international business.

Irish Notaries are authorised to notarise documents for use anywhere in the world. Each Notary may notarise documents in the County where their principal office is situated and also in some adjoining Counties.

Tom Brabazon qualified and was appointed as a Notary Public for the Counties of Dublin, Meath, Wicklow and Kildare by Ms Justice Susan Denham the Chief Justice of Ireland.

A Notary Public is empowered by law and by custom and usage of notaries to administer Oaths, attest signatures and authenticate documents among other powers.
